Assault with a deadly weapon on San Felipe

South San Francisco, CA May 23, 2013

South San Francisco Police have put out a press release for the May 23rd assault which happened on the 10 block of San Felipe near Alta Loma. At around 10:30pm a south city resident was outside and involved in a verbal altercation with another person. The argument escalated into a physical situation when one  guy retrieved a blunt object from inside of his vehicle and assaulted the victim. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries as a result of the assault and was transported to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries. The suspect fled the scene after the assault and has yet to be identified.
