On December 16, 2013 at around 2:00 p.m., a home invasion occurred at an apartment on the 300 block of C Street. The apartment was occupied by a 20-year old female and her 2-year child when an unknown male suspect, dressed in all black, climbed through a second story balcony door. The suspect assaulted the female victim with a blunt object, causing minor injuries, and instructed her to bind her wrists and cover her child’s mouth with tape. The suspect appeared to be searching for something specific, but left empty handed. The female victim was able to free herself and called the police. Police conducted an extensive search of the area, but were unable to locate suspect.
The suspect was described as a white male adult, 6 feet tall, slender build, brown eyes, and dressed in a black beanie, black sweater, and faded black jeans. However, he was also seen holding a change of clothes that included a red t-shirt. The suspect was last seen fleeing on Centennial Trail towards Spruce Avenue.

The persons who committed this crime are indeed in fact Rawlin James Shobert DOB 08/09/1981 & Storm Edward Arien Shobert DOB 9/29/1994. They also committed a home invasion in 2/4/14 in San Jose Jose. They also Murdered David Lynch in citrus heights, Donald Kirkby in Sacramento, and recently they murdered a 91 year man in his home in North Highlands. Storm Shobert is the son of Convicted career Bugular & Serial cop killer David Charles Zanon. Law enforcement in Sacramento Refuses to arrest the Mass Murdering serial killers because they put 2 innocent people in prison for the homicide of Donald Kirkby. The Homecide of Donald Kirkby was indeed in fact committed by Storm Shobert & Rawlin Shobert and was not committed by Elias Garcia & Roman Hooker are currently serving life sentences for a crime they did not commit. I can estimate their death toll of Rawlin Shobert & Storm Shobert to be about 12 that I know of. Many of their victims have survived but with severe injuries. on 8/31/14 Storm Shobert Did indeed kidnap an 8 year old girl from her home in Carmichael. These Exists tremendous Circimstancial evidence to conclude that Rawlin Shobert, David Zanon, & Mellisa Hasley were commiting home invasions in 2005 & 2006 in a vehicle described as a white Chevy van with no license plates. Then about week after their last known robbery with the white chevy van there was another crime committed in Sacramento. The homicide of a police officer by the name of Jeff Mitchel by some one in a white chevy van with no license plates. Then there were no more home invasion robberies with a “white chevy van Whith no license plates”. Rawlin Shobert is a know serial murderer and David Zanon is already a convicted 1st degree cop killer.
At around 5:30pm this evening there were 2 white males at my front door ringing the bell and knocking. I seen them both through my front door, they both had black beane on and they were both wearing yellow rain slickers with the hood on? I didnt open the door thought it was odd that its not raining and they both had rain slickers with the hoods on. They werent in a car, they finally walked away?
