Coming to South City High on March 22nd is international educator and entertainer Rachael Coleman, the acclaimed person behind the success of the children’s series ‘Signing Time‘. 100% of the proceeds of this upcoming show will be donated to the Down Syndrome Research and Treatment Foundation.
Coleman and her sister Emilie Brown co-founded TWO LITTLE HANDS PRODUCTION which showcases the labor of love programming Signing Time which can be seen on NICK JR and PBS stations and has been received Emmy nominations.
Signing is a great tool for all little ones since most do not develop the ability to speak clearly until they are about 2 years of age. However with signing even infants as young as 5-6 months can communicate simple information such as ‘milk’. Imagine a life with your little ones being able to let you know when they are tired, hungry, thirsty, hurt, happy, need changing and so forth by signing to you. It’s pretty simple to learn and Coleman makes it fun.
Tickets WILL go fast so check out this link HERE and get registered now.
