Quality, affordable health insurance is now available through Covered California. Join me at the Health Coverage Resource Fair to learn how you and your family can enroll.
Covered California counselors and advisors will be on hand to provide assessments on health insurance options available through the Affordable Care Act and offer assistance with your application.
Here’s what to bring:
1. W-2 or last year’s tax return, birth certificate or legal resident card
2. Proof of US citizenship/residency status, social security number
3. Proof of property/assets such as current bank statement, vehicle registration
4. Information needed to enroll family members: number of people enrolling, birth dates, social security numbers, and home zip code.
Come by and learn more about free legal aid, low-cost home repair, job training, health resources and more.
You will also have the opportunity to share your thoughts on legislative issues and concerns affecting the community with me. Details are below:
