Our City stands on the edge of many changes and the public is invited to see what may be on the drawing board for our downtown area. The City has done much outreach to get input from folks to create this walking tour which will take place this Saturday at 10am until 11:30am and start at the Caltrain Station on Dubuque.
The end goal is to re-create the area along Caltrain, East Grand, Grand Avenue, and Linden into a more vibrant and sustainable downtown. The walk will include plans and ideas for pedestrian safety, affordable housing, economic vitality, parks and train station improvements.
