On Saturday evening, April 12, 2014, at just before 11:00 PM, a 21-year old South San Francisco man was arrested for suspicion of hit and run and driving under the influence.
The driver, Jacob Dineen, lost control of his vehicle and drove over the lawn of a residence on the 300 block of Avalon Drive. The lawn sustained moderate damage. No one was injured.
Witnesses saw the vehicle flee the scene. Dineen and his vehicle were located at his residence not far from the scene of the accident.
Dineen was identified as the driver and determined to be under the influence of alcohol. Dineen was arrested and cited to First Chance North.
