This job is for full time. 5days a week. This is a temporary position.
Hours are Monday — Friday 8:00 am — 5:00 pm
The job tasks are as follows:
– Answer and direct multiple phone lines, schedule upcoming meetings as well as appointments on a daily basis with customers and with technicians maintain confidential customer information, data entry, e-mail, file, fax, and mail important documents, process checks and run credit cards to appropriate paying invoices, assist in accounting department such as collections on outstanding invoices, dispatch technicians with special instructions while out in the field, prepare documentation for new hire, create service contracts & invoices on a daily basis, prepare meeting material for upcoming meetings, prepare daily schedules for the following day.
*You will be trained to learn both our scheduling program as well as our pest control database*
– You may be asked to do other things other than what is listed. This job is a fast paced working environment which needs you to constantly be on the move. Multi-tasking is a must! You must be a fast learner and have common sense. You MUST have a positive attitude at ALL times!

As a nonprofit, we respond to people in crisis by providing basic survival necessities, nourishment to the hungry and critical financial support and resources to San Mateo County residents.
We are currently attempting to launch an E-Commerce program that will establish a revenue generating infrastructure for selling donated goods online. We’re looking for an experienced eCommerce and marketing individual who will own all day-to-day e-commerce business operations including but not limited to all e-commerce orders and sales, site management, merchandising and inventory, e-commerce customer service, site content and messaging, site performance and user experience, web development and technical implications, promotions and marketing programs; and the development and maintenance of corporate partner relationships.

a) Develop and execute an overall e-commerce business strategy for sustainable growth including achievement of sales, margin and P&L goals.
b) Build and lead an e-commerce organization with strong cross-functional relationships where needed.
c) Create and execute a vision and plan to deliver an exceptional user experience measured by financial results and key website metrics.
d) Directly responsible for all online business operations including e-commerce orders and sales, site management, merchandising and inventory, e-commerce customer service, site content and messaging, site performance and user experience, web development and technical implications, promotions and marketing programs (SEO, SEM, Email, CRM, Social Media etc.).
e) Monitor initiatives from idea through delivery, interfacing with internal staff on operational, technical and execution related issues.
f) In partnership with others, develop appropriate promotional and communication strategies to drive key metrics of the business which includes relevant traffic, conversion, sales and margin, among other metrics.
g) Assemble data for weekly and monthly e-commerce report.
h) Maintain updates and resolve issues regarding all online e-commerce sites.
i) Perform additional responsibilities and support functions as defined by the Stores CEO.

Desired Skills and Experience
a) Minimum of 2 plus years of e-commerce management experience.
b) Proven track record of driving successful e-commerce sales by fully optimizing all site capabilities.
c) Knowledge of best-in-class website platforms and site functionality.
d) Strong understanding of the digital landscape (online merchandising, digital marketing, IT/web development) and how to translate that into brand value and business performance.
e) Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions in English.
f) Make strong independent decisions using organizational, planning, and problem solving skills.
g) Understand the technical needs required to successfully launch and optimize an e-commerce site.
h) Ability to generate innovative insights from analysis, communicate results effectively, and work with business partners in developing and implementing new programs and analysis to drive actionable results.
i) Ability to safely lift, carry and move up to 50 pounds.
h) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or Information Systems, or related E-commerce experience preferred.
