The City of South San Francisco is holding a public hearing regarding its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2013-2014 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The CAPER is a year-end programmatic and financial report summarizing all CDBG activities. A fifteen (15) day public comment period for the CAPER begins on September 8, 2014 and copies of the CAPER are available at the Department of Economic and Community Development, all City libraries, and here.
