If you heard a bunch of sirens today along El Camino between 3:00 – 3:30 pm today in SSF, it was the Peninsula Firefighters Burn Relay benefiting the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation. They started in Moffett Field and ended up in San Francisco, stopping at 15 Fire Stations along the way, one of which was the SSF FD Headquarters along the Canal and Spruce.
South San Francisco Firefighters Local 1507 add ‘South San Francisco Firefighter’s will also be growing mustaches the next few weeks to help raise money for the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation. Feel free to stop by the page and check on our Stache progress over the next few weeks.‘
