The 11th Annual Pilgrimage for St. Jude Thaddeus will take place this upcoming Saturday October 25, 2014. The procession will begin at 9:15 a.m. from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at 60 Wellington Street in Daly City and continue down Mission Street. The eight mile pilgrimage will end at St. Dominic’s Church in San Francisco where a bilingual solemn mass will be said by Bishop William Justice, Auxiliary of San Francisco. Mass will start at 1:30pm, ending at 3pm.
In the past there have been over 2,000 attendees, mostly pedestrians as they are escorted by musicians and trucks with religious statues.

The Shrine of St. Jude is a ministry of the Dominican Friars of the Western Dominican Province. We annually welcome thousands of pilgrims to our sanctuary in beautiful St. Dominic’s Church, and receive prayer and other requests from thousands more around the world seeking the intercession of St. Jude Thaddeus, the patron of impossible cases. The Shrine unites all these Friends of St. Jude into into one community of prayer and mutual support through solemn novenas, Masses, retreats, and other devotional activities that make the Shrine a beacon of hope to all those in need.
