Hello from VuPoint Research!

We appreciate your willingness to help us with our market research projects.  We are paying for referrals for this project.  If you refer a participant, we’ll send you $20.

We have a toy study for females ages 4-8 coming up in early January.

Who: Females ages 4 to 8.  A parent or guardian must come along as well.

When: Saturday, January 10th – there are sessions in the morning and early afternoon.

How long: The groups are scheduled to take up to one hour.

Where: Our NEW facility at Oyster Point in South San Francisco.  There is plenty of free parking.

Why:   Kids just love earning a toy of their own. After participating, the child will receive a toy worth $20.  The parent will receive $10.

How: If you are interested, please fill out the link CLICK HERE :  The screening should take 5 minutes.

Note: If your child or one of her siblings has done one of these projects with us before, we will unfortunately not be able to have her join us this time.

Thank you very much!  Please forward this to friends.  We welcome people who haven’t done projects with us before.

We will have other comparable projects continuing throughout the year.  You can sign up now and we’ll call you first when the next project comes down the pike.

Here’s a bit of Winter Trivia:  The same amount of light from the sun that covers one square foot in the summer covers very nearly two square feet now.

San Francisco is at 37 degrees above the equator, and the Earth tilts 23 degrees on its axis.  That means that sunlight at noon today strikes us at (37+23) 60 degrees.  On June 21st, the summer solstice, sunlight strikes us at (37-23) 14 degrees.   The cosine of 14 degrees is 0.9703.  The cosine of 60 degrees is 0.50, and the intensity of the light is proportional to the cosine.
