SSF Library Presents: Health & Wellness in the Library Lunchtime Series

The two following noon time programs are FREE and are co-sponsored by the South San Francisco Parks and Recreation Department and the South San Francisco Public Library as part of the Health & Wellness in the Library series. Classes will take place at the South San Francisco Main Public Library in the Auditorium. Lunchtime Yoga w/ Patti Martin LunchtimeYogaRevise 1. 2015

Yoga is for everyone. No one is too old or too stiff, too fat, too thin, or too tired. Patti Martin, a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, will guide students of all ages and physical conditions in a lunchtime yoga class that is safe, accessible and rewarding to all. Participants will start with elementary postures, with an emphasis on the standing asanas (postures). Patti will give students the tools, encouragement, and supported to develop their own home practice.

Bringing your own yoga mat is encouraged.
