The candlelight vigil for Carlos Roa has been canceled
The vigil will be canceled due to information that can not be disclosed. We will keep everyone updated as far as any information on Carlos. Please spread the word. VIGIL IS CANCELED!

‘Carlos has been found. My friends and family, I wouldn’t have gotten through this without any of you. None of my family would of found him without your help. My faith in humanity has surpassed any type of hatred I have ever had. God bless you all!’
