South San Francisco, CA March 3, 2015 Submitted by Mary Lucatero
Dear Neighbors,
Every day, thousands of babies are born too soon, too small and often very sick. I’m walking in March for Babies because I want to do something about this. And I need your help!
Many of you already know our story, if not, our daughter Lily was due on June 5th 2014. As most girls are, Lily was late. On June 9th I went into labor and learned that by the time I had gotten to the hospital, her heart had stopped. She was silently born into this world on June 10th 2014.
Although Lily wasn’t given a fair chance at life, I want to ensure other babies do get a shot at living in this crazy, beautiful world.
Please support my walk. Making a secure donation is easy: just click the ‘donate now’ button on this page. Thank you for helping me give all babies a healthy start!
Any amount is greatly appreciated! Please CLICK HERE to pledge your support and for more information.
xo,
Mary & Johnny
The mission of March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality.

We are walking in the March of Dimes walk April 26th and trying to raise money so that other babies have a chance at a healthy life.“
