It’s past the one year mark since SamTrans implemented the system wide changes. To identify some of the customers’ feelings and get a reality check regarding the impact of the changes on them. The survey will be available through Sunday, April 12. Although this study won’t be a statistically valid representation of the people we serve, it will provide the agency with some insights about the customers’ experiences. Ridership and demographics questions also are included.
To help get the word out, announcements will be made on the bus, at transit centers, on social media, on website, on Customer Service 800 number and through a news release. We encourage you to get the word out to help generate customer participation. The more responses we get, the more we learn about our customers’ experiences with the SSP.
We encourage CAC members to complete the survey and also help to get the word out. Click on the following link to complete the survey – www.samtrans.com/ServiceSurvey. The survey also is available in Spanish.
There’s too many homeless/alcoholic just absolutely disgusting ppl on the ECR. They smell soooooooo bad makes me NAUSEOUS, and the bus driver just lets them get on the bus. I’ve gotten on numerous ECR buses where nearly the whole dam bus had their noses covered bc the homeless person smelled sooo bad! and the bus driver STILL doesn’t do anything..SMH
