CPUC TO HOLD PUBLIC MEETING ON PROPOSED COMCAST/TIME WARNER MERGER

The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) will host an All-Party Meeting to discuss Comcast’s proposed acquisition of Time Warner Cable.

 

When:             Tuesday, April 14, 2015, 1 p.m.-5 p.m.

Format:          1 p.m.-1:15 p.m.: Opening comments by Commissioners.

1:15 p.m. 3:15 p.m.: Public comment period

                        3:15 p.m. 5 p.m.: Parties to the proceeding will discuss the proposed merger

 

Where:            Junipero Serra State Office Building, Carmel Room, 320 W. 4th St., Los Angeles (Pershing Square Metro Redline stop; take exit to street marked “4th Street”)

Who:               Commissioners Carla J. Peterman and Catherine J.K. Sandoval will be in attendance

 

Chinese and Spanish interpreters will be on-site to translate the meeting. Should additional language assistance or specialized accommodations be needed for the meeting, please contact the Public Advisor’s Office at public.advisor@cpuc.ca.gov or toll free at 866-849-8390.

 

While a quorum of Commissioners and/or their staff may attend these hearings, no official action will be taken.
