HIP Housing has given free, long-term support to those who need it most in San Mateo County for 42 years. This is especially important now, as our county has become one of the most expensive areas to live in within the United States. NEW: HIP Housing has received funding to provide an incentive to persons who have rooms for rent in San Mateo County. The incentive is $250 and is given 90 days after a home sharing client moves in with a home provider.
