We have received reports from customers that a company called them stating that they represent Cal Water and are offering electrical services for the customer’s home. Although Home Emergency Insurance Solutions (HEIS) does provide optional extended services to Cal Water customers, neither Cal Water nor HEIS makes outbound calls for marketing or product solicitation and will only call customers if the customer has an existing repair case open.
If receive a call similar to the example above, please do not provide any credit card or personal information, and call your local Customer Center to report the incident at (650) 558-7800 24 hours a day.
