A Career Change Is Taking Place

Mike Brosnan is retiring!!

Starting with a pot of coffee, and 28 years & many accolades later. We bid farewell, right to the end to a mentor, family member, and friend.

Share your memories (he has many)
Sing some songs (you know he does)

Mike’s niece, Michelle Brosnan, summed up what many are thinking in her post:

To the BEST UNCLE EVER! You make me so proud! This hasn’t been a job for you but an extended family. From memorizing your street names and PD codes on flash cards with grandma, to K-9 unit, SWAT team, PAL, D.A.R.E., and up the ranks (I’m sure I missed a lot in there) you did this job with such grace and respect. We are so thankful that you have protected us and our city! I’m excited to see what this new chapter brings to you. GRANDMA WOULD BE SO PROUD OF YOU! Keep up the good work and as she always said “give it heck out there”. Love you!!!!! –Michelle Brosnan
