ABOUT OUR LOCAL FOSTER CARE PROGRAMS

Unity Care’s Independent Living Skills Program prepares current and former foster youth ages 14-19 to exit the foster care system and ensures their successful transition to adulthood.

Life Skills Coordinators work one-on-one with Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors, to support in-care and AB-12 foster youth towards their move to independence. Youth will also attend hands-on workshops to learn critical life skills and develop short and long term goals. Below is a flyer giving more information.
