CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, will hold a public hearing on December 09, 2015 at 7:00 P .M. or as soon as possible thereafter, in the Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, California, on items including the following, at which time and place any and all persons interested may appear and be heard thereon. Written correspondence may be submitted to the attention of the City Council, at the address below.

 

255 Cypress Avenue Mixed-Use Development South San Francisco Successor Agency -Owner Brookwood Group -Applicant 255 Cypress Ave (APNs 012-316-080 , 012-316-090, 012-316-100 & 012-316 110) P15-0017:UP15-0003, DR15-0016 , PE15-0001 & AHA15-0003

 

Use Permit, Design Review, Parking Reduction, Affordable Housing Agreement and Disposition and Development Agreement to construct a new 5 story mixed­ use building with approximately 6,000 square feet of commercial space and 46 residential units with mechanical parking stackers at 255 Cypress Avenue in the Grand Avenue Core (GAC) Zoning District in accordance with Chapters 20.280, 20.300, 20.330, 20.380, 20.480 and 20.490.

Use Permit, Design Review, Parking Reduction, Affordable Housing Agreement and Disposition and Development Agreement to construct a new 5-story residential development consisting of 38 apartments with mechanical parking stackers at 488 Linden Avenue in the Downtown Transit Core (DTC) Zoning District in accordance with Chapters 20.280, 20.300, 20.330, 20.380, 20.480 and 20.490.
