Canepa continues to lead in District 5 Fundraising at $126,841.393 Total Raised and $31,573 raised For the December 31 Filing Period
After walking well over 12,000 doors, opening a campaign office, and plans of running of the largest grassroots campaign in San Mateo County. Vice Mayor David Canepa has secured the endorsement of Assembly Member Phil Ting, and the early endorsement of the California Nurses Association in his bid to be the next District 5 Supervisor. For the total campaign Canepa has raised $126, 841.93.

I am humbled to have the support of the California Nurses Association who I have worked extensively with to save Seton Medical Center in Daly City. Additionally, I am humbled to have the support of California State Assembly Member Phil Ting who has been a true advocate for us in Sacramento. (Assembly Member Ting represents 72% of the voters in the Supervisor’s district). “
The election for District 5 will take place on Tuesday June 7th, and this will be the first time that this is district wide election in District 5.
