On Saturday, February 27th, 2016 at approximately 2:45 AM, a resident on the 3800 block of Carter Drive called the police to report a hit and run traffic collision. Responding officers located the unoccupied suspect vehicle left at the collision scene. The suspect vehicle collided with four parked vehicles.
A subsequent investigation led to the identification of the driver as being the suspect vehicle’s owner, South San Francisco resident Ki Ho Kwak. Kwak failed a series of field sobriety tests and was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident.
