Dr. Jay Spaulding has been appointed Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Student Services for the South San Francisco Unified School District by the District Board of Trustees. He had been serving in that position in an interim capacity during the 2015-16 academic year. His appointment was announced May 12 during a meeting of the Trustees at Parkway Heights Middle School
