Disney Store Key Holder Cast Member (PT) Daly City
The Key Holder Cast Member supports the Store Leadership Team by participating in the day-to-day operations of the Store ensuring that the Guest, both internal and external, has “The Best Retail Experience in the World”. This is done through consistent exceptional Guest Experience, development of the Cast, maintenance of Store visual standards as well as compliance with established policies and procedures. This is a part-time, non-exempt position.
Job may require lifting boxes that weigh up to 45 lbs. and climbing a ladder
Must be available a minimum of three (3) days during the week and Saturday and Sunday open availability. Able to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends and call-in shifts
Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States
Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous experience in specialty retail
Ability to speak fluently in another language in addition to English
Comfortable storytelling in front of large groups of people

Library Assistant/Intern BAIN & COMPANY San Francisco
The Information Services/Library intern will assist the Manager and IS team with their administrative tasks. The internship provides valuable experiential learning opportunities to build the many skills that are foundational for a career in library services. Interns are full members of the team for the duration of their internship and are invited to attend regular team meetings and social events. What are the Professional Requirements of a Customer Service Specialist?
Prior experience in a team environment requiring clear, professional and effective communication

3 months experience in retail or customer service
Effectively manage CEO’s calendar, travel schedule, and internal and external communication related to meetings, conference calls, invitations, event planning, board meetings, and interviews.
Create, route & process written and verbal correspondence while exercising a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Ensure urgent and priority correspondence and matters are communicated in a timely and effective manner to the CEO.
Promote corporate image by professionally representing the CEO and Theranos internally & externally.
Implement systems to file, organize, and archive information.
Potential travel with the CEO to assist and coordinate meeting preparations, logistics and changing plans.
General administrative duties (e.g., taking detailed notes, preparing meeting materials) and special projects with constantly moving priorities.
6-8+ years of EA experience, preferably in a professional services, consulting environment or high-tech environment.
Exceptional professionalism, communication and interpersonal skills.
Acute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities.
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs and the ability to handle complex and extensive scheduling is a must.
Ability to work well with all parties in the executive office.
