SSFPD Media Release: Attempted Homicide

On Sunday, May 22, 2016, at approximately 9:28 pm, a 19year-old male victim walked into Kaiser Hospital in South San Francisco with a gunshot wound to his torso. Officers determined the victim was shot outside of a parked car at the end of Wright Court in South San Francisco. Officers located evidence of the shooting at the scene. At this time, the victim has not provided the police with information regarding what occurred or who shot him.

 

At this time, the shooting does not appear to be random and the victim may have been targeted.
