SSFPD Media Release: DUI Collision & Child Endangerment

On May 9, 2016 around 5:30 PM, South San Francisco Police Officers responded to the 900 block of Commercial Avenue on the report of a non-injury hit-and-run collision. The involved vehicle was involved in a second collision a short distance away on the same block. Officers contacted the driver, who was identified as 22 year-old Raven Standley of South San Francisco. The police investigation revealed Standley had been driving her vehicle while under the influence of alcoholic beverages with her 3 year-old child in the vehicle. Standley was subsequently arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail in Redwood City for driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcoholic beverages, fleeing the scene of an accident, and child endangerment.
