South San Francisco, Ca June 17, 2016 Submitted by Kristy Camacho, President SSFMC
Come support three of South City’s finest establishments while also supporting local families! The South San Francisco Mothers Club, a co-sponsored group of the SSF Parks and Recreation Department, is holding a fundraising night with the establishments at 415 Grand Avenue. We’re hoping local residents will come participate in Armstrong Brewing‘s Trivia Night from 7-8:30p (arrive early for seats), where SSFMC will be holding a fundraising raffle, be accepting donated tips, and will receive 20% of the food/drink bill. Supporters can also mention SSFMC at Copper Chimney (5-10pm) and Amis Creperie and Cafe (5-7pm), who are both donating 20% of the food/drink bills to the club.
Established in 1991, SSFMC is a non-profit, 100% volunteer-run community social support group offering resources, recreation and social opportunities for local children, their parents and caregivers. SSFMC organizes family activities and outings, play groups, reading groups, a guest speaker series, quarterly meetings, meals for families in need, and volunteers to support many community events throughout the year.
