Located on the edge between South San Francisco’s historic downtown and the newer biotech office buildings, this project acts as a gateway between these two unique neighborhoods. The 157 unit apartment units will provide quality housing in the Bay Area and contribute to a recent revitalization within the city of South San Francisco. Near a newly planned public plaza and CalTrain platform, residents will have easy access to public transportation.
