South San Francisco, CA July 21, 2016
This is NON-PROFIT PUBLIC COMMUNITY COLLEGE serving San Mateo County.
This Real Estate Practice 110 class is the last one to be offered this year (2016).
This is a real class in a real classroom with a real (experienced) professor so people can get real answers to their questions and real help studying, learning. (This is not just another email type, look at your little smartphone screen affair.) This class examines RE agents’ key legal requirements and how people can become very successful as realty agents.
Sign-ups are ongoing NOW at the college website, and anyone unfamilar with how to do that may call on the nice Admissions Office staff for any needed help, 650/574-6165.
Interested people really should sign up right away because this professor’s classes almost ALWAYS fill up long before the semesters begin. Once full, there won’t be any more seats until sometime (to be determined later) next year, 2017.
Real Estate Princples 110 will meet once a week on Wednesday evenings beginning 17 August. SIGN-UPS ARE NOW (!!!), as the class is filling up fast. While CSM primarily servces SM County, students come from all over the great Bay Area and ALL ARE WELCOME at CSM! Good freeway access and plenty of parking.
Only the regular low community college fees are charged. The college has an active fee waiver and financial assistance program for those in need. These classes are FULLY ACCREDITED for both California Real Estate licensure (yes, you can prepare to get a RE license of your own — it is widely noted that more money is made in Real Estate than any other sector of the American economy), and CSU transfer purposes.
