Have you ever wondered about how City decisions are made, or how City funds are allocated? Learn the answer to these questions and m any more by attending the South San Francisco Citizen’s Academy!
You are invited to participate in this dynamic and fun eleven week course that provides you the opportunity to learn about local government, meet the City Council and get a behind-the-scene tour of City facilities.
The Fall 2016 Academy sessions will take place from 6:00 to 9:00 pm each Tuesday evening starting on August 31 through October 25. Each session will include dinner. A graduation ceremony will take place on Wednesday, November 9th at the City Council meeting.
By getting engaged and learning about how City government operates, our communication will improve and help us build a stronger community together.
This is a FREE course offered to our South City residents.Applications must be completed in full and received in the Office of the City Manager by Friday, July 29, 2016. Class is limited to 30 participants on a first-come-first-serve basis. Applications can be completed online CLICK HERE
