The TOPPER was recognized by the City Council last Wednesday for their 75 years of business and service in our City. Lee Cattaneo was on hand to accept the Certificate from Councilman Rich Garbarino who gave praise to the Cattaneo family for their continued support of the youth baseball programs in South City.
The TOPPER, located at 249 Grand Avenue, was first opened in 1941 by Ray and Reena Cattaneo and is now operated by Lee who stated this award would be proudly displayed in their establishment.
