NOTE: While it’s been a long time since many of us have eaten lunch at school, we appreciate Kimberly’s post showing what is being served and for how much.
I just wanted to share my unexpected lunch experience at Buri Buri Elementary while volunteering in my Kindergarteners class. For only $3.75 (kids pay $2.50) I was able to enjoy a healthy, complete, and delicious lunch. I was so impressed at how good it tasted and how satisfied I was. I can be rest assured that my Twin’s and Kindergartener will eat their food and love it!! I was impressed!
Iceberg lettuce? Chips? Chocolate milk? Cry baby ice? Chemicals, processed foods and salt. Thank goodness the carrots and peaches are on the tray.
