SSFPD Media Release: Strong Arm Robbery

On October 2, 2016, a silver or grey Toyota Corolla driven by a Pacific Islander male parked in front of a residence on the 200 block of C street and lured the victim out of a garage. While being distracted by the driver, another Pacific Islander male approached the victim from behind and assaulted him. The suspect then stole several items of jewelry off of the victim, entered the suspect vehicle, and both suspects fled in an unknown direction.  The victim sustained numerous non-life threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for medical aid.

 

The driver is described as a “clean cut” Pacific Islander wearing a grey sweatshirt, and weighing approximately 250 lbs. The other suspect is described as a Pacific Islander, with braided hair, weighing approximately 300 lbs.  He was described as wearing a long sleeve white shirt.
