SSFPD Media Release: Armed Robbery

South San Francisco, CA    December 15 2016  Submitted by SSFPD  

On 12-14-16 at about 1950 hours, a 17-year-old male was walking on the 100 block of West Orange Avenue in South San Francisco when an unknown suspect robbed him  at knife-point.  The suspect was  last seen walking away on West Orange Avenue towards C Street. The suspect was described as an African-American male, between 18 to 25 years old, approximately  5’09”  tall  and  wearing  a  dark colored hooded sweatshirt and dark colored jeans. The victim was uninjured and was robbed of his  personal  property  (items not disclosed  pursuant  to an ongoing investigation).
