FREE Prom Dresses & Makeovers – REGISTER NOW for March 4th & 25th Events at SSF Library

South San Francisco, CA   January 27, 2017  Submitted by SSF Library

Who is heading to a prom this year? Who can afford it? Who needs some help? REGISTER FOR THIS FREE EVENT to be held on TWO different dates making it easier for you to attend!

SSF Library has partnered with East Bay Dress Day, a nonprofit organization that collects and distributes prom dresses to girls that cannot afford them. They’ve been assisting girls with free prom dresses for over 6 years. They help over 100 girls a year, and want to help more. Almost all of the dresses are brand new or have only been worn once. They are always looking for donations of dresses, shoes, and accessories. The library will also have several volunteers at hand that will be doing hair, makeup, and nail makeovers for the girls receiving prom dresses so they can practice looks for their prom night.
