Martin Elementary School Receives 2016 Gold Ribbon School Award

Mr. Alex Wong, representing both Assemblymember Kevin Mullin and Senator Jerry Hill’s office, presented South San Francisco Martin Elementary School with a resolution honoring their simply fantastic achievement of earning the Gold Ribbon Award last year. Former Principal Dr. Rosemary Wood, Superintendent Dr. Moore, and current principal Mr. Jonathan Covacha accepted the award during an assembly on behalf of the staff and students of Martin Elementary. Martin Meteors continue to rise!

The poor guy’s name is spelled three ways in this short article: “Alex Wong,” “Alex Ward.” and “Alex Wood.”
