SSFPD Media Release: Strong Arm Robbery on Alida Way

South San Francisco, CA  May 9, 2017  Submitted by SSFPD 

On 05/08/2017, at approximately 1605 hours (1pm), the victim was walking on the 400 block of Alida Way, South San Francisco, when two unknown suspects, possibly Filipino juvenile males, approached him from behind. One suspect hit the victim in the back of his head with a closed fist twice. The second suspect stole a cellular phone from the victim. The suspects both fled on foot southbound on Alida Way and out of view of the victim.

 

Suspect #1: Filipino, male, approximately 17 years old, 5’9″ tall, 160-170 lbs., black short hair, no facial hair, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and unknown color sweat pants.

 

Suspect #2: Filipino, male, approximately 17 years old. No further description.
