We are doing it again, my annual Summer Squat Challenge. 100 squats every day of summer. Any variation of your choice and split however you wish. just commit and get them in. This challenge has been SO fun and SO effective and that is why we are doing it again. I have made it easy for you and created a check list so you can check off the days as you go.

Why do I love this challenge so much?
1. NO GYM NEEDED! You know me, I do all my workouts without a gym and minimal equipment. I LOVE that you do not need a gym or any machines to do your squats. There are SO many variations you can do with simply just your bodyweight and nothing more.
2. ANYWHERE! This is the BEST part. You can do them anywhere! It doesn’t matter if you are at home, at the gym, the park, at the beach or even shopping with friends, you can do your squats anywhere.
3. ANY LEVEL! It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or more advanced, you can do whatever variation you want to fit your level. There are variations to meet wherever you are in your journey or on any given day! Feeling motivated, add some weight and do them all at once. Just starting out, break up the squats throughout the day.
4. EFFECTIVE! Squats are one of the most effective ways to tone, lift and build your booty. This is one of the best exercises to shape your backside with NO GYM NECESSARY. With so many variations, you can stimulate your booty in so many ways to keep it responding.

Throughout her tremendous success, Gina found that her true passion is in helping others reach their fitness goals. She believes that her most important qualifications are her ability to listen to others and empathize with their unique challenges.
