The South San Francisco Historical Society presents its 33rd Annual Historical Society Banquet on Friday, October 20, 2017, starting at 6pm at the Elks Lodge, 920 Stonegate Drive, South San Francisco. The Master of Ceremonies is Former State Assemblyman Gene Mullin. The famous “salami raffle” will continue to be presented by Tom Fourie. Longtime Historical Society Board member, supporter and volunteer Mary Giusti is being honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award for her dedication to and advocacy for our City’s great history. This year’s recipients of the Victor John Feudale Award are Julie Chimenti and Elaine Garbarino who are being acknowledged for their outstanding community service and their contributions and dedication to the Historical Society.
The annual gala raffle drawing will benefit the Historical Society Museum and the Plymire Schwarz House.
