SSFPD Media Release: Armed Robbery with a Firearm

South San Francisco, CA   September 13, 2017  Submitted by SSFPD

On Monday, September 11, 2017 at approximately 11:00 p.m., a robbery occurred in the parking lot of 451 South Airport Boulevard, South San Francisco. One male suspect approached a lone male who was walking to his vehicle within the parking lot. The suspect pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded his belongings. The suspect fled on foot towards  Beacon Street with the victim’s  watch.

 

The suspect was described as an African American male in his late twenties, approximately 5’7″ tall and approximately 170 pounds, wearing a black/white hooded sweatshirt,  black pants and black shoes.

    That looks like the assailant was headed towards K1 Racing. I’d bet a review of video footage of that night would show the guy.
