On October 10, 2017 around 9:00 a.m., Luis Gabriel Menchu-Lopez of Daly City was working at a construction site on the 100 block of North Spruce Avenue when he unlawfully entered another residence . While inside , Menchu Lopez was confronted by a resident of the home and he fled the residence. Menchu-Lopez was contacted the following day and positively identified by the victim. 38 year old Menchu-Lopez was arrested and booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility for burglary.
