HIP Housing has given free, long-term support to those who need it most in San Mateo County for 42 years. San Bruno: Two bedrooms are available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. One room rents for $900 with $900 deposit and the other room rents for $1200 with a $1200 deposit. Utilities are included in the rent. Outside smoking only. There is a dog, and some pets would be accepted. The bath is shared and neither of the rooms are unfurnished.
San Mateo: One bedroom is available in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. The rent is $800 and the deposit is $400. Utilities are included in the rent. No smoking or pets but one small dog lives there. The bath is shared and the room is furnished. Home Provider is very respectful of others and their privacy and expects the same. Home Provider enjoys spending time with family, friends, exercise programs, gardening, and computer work. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking.
