UPDATE per SSF Parks and Recreation –

November 21st meeting canceled due to Thanksgiving – Special Meeting Set For Dec 12th

Thank you to Kelli Jo Henderson Culling with SSF Parks and Recreation who has offered this updateDue to the Thanksgiving holiday the Parks and Recreation Commission meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 21, 2017 has been cancelled. A special meeting of the Parks and Recreation Commission will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco.

Please note that next Tuesday, November 21st at 7pm Park and Rec Commissions will hold their monthly meeting.

WE URGE that ALL soccer families and residents attend this meeting to voice their concerns about field conditions and the need for adequate fields in SSF for our kids to play on. You do not have to speak but your presence is extremely vital.

The city and Park and Rec for years (15 years +) have been drawing out plans for new fields and have yet to provide them. SSF United Youth Soccer League consists of more than 350 members and have use of Orange Park and Terrabay field which are in very poor conditions. Terrabay is shared with softball, flag football and adult soccer.

Soccer community has waited long enough. Please join us in force to express the needs of these resources for our kids and community.

Please take your players with uniforms.
