Support the SamTrans Stuff A Bus Event this Friday

South San Francisco, CA    November 27, 2017

Please join SamTrans, 96.5 KOIT and Serramonte Center this holiday season in collecting toys for local boys and girls in need at the Stuff A Bus event this Friday, December 1, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The public is  being asked to bring new, unwrapped toys to stuff the inside of a wrapped SamTrans Holiday Bus that will be parked in front of the Jamba Juice, near Target at 3 Serramonte Center in Daly City. All donations will benefit the Marine’s Toys for Tots program and the Salvation Army’s Season of Giving Program. Afterward, join Santa’s helpers for some hot chocolate, cookies and cool SamTrans giveaways. While supplies last, donate a new toy and get a T-shirt or tote bag with the artwork of a SamTrans vintage bus.

96.5 KOIT’s on-air talent Freska will be at the Stuff A Bus event on Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to help promote the toy drive. Freska has been rocking the Bay Area air waves for almost two decades. She is a single mom who grew up in the Serramonte area and has lots of fans and deep roots in the local community. You can hear her Monday – Friday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The SamTrans Holiday Bus will be in service throughout the month of December, so be sure to catch a ride. For schedule and fare information or for help planning your trip, call 1-800-660-4287 (TTY 650-508-6448) or visit www.samtrans.com.
