Some cats are social butterflies, some seem permanently attached to your lap. Bean is a little different. This gorgeous 11-year-old is much more reserved and dignified, he prefers to observe the world from the highest perch he can find. He has his paws crossed for a quiet, patient home where he can feel safe. If a fluffy, independent companion is what you’re after, ask for Bean, ID# A388133.
Other adoptable pets are available at Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA’s Tom and Annette Lantos Center for Compassion, 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame. The shelter is open for adoptions weekdays 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Potential adopters should arrive at least an hour before closing time to complete an adoption.
