On Monday afternoon at approximately 1212 hours, South San Francisco police officers responded to the 600 block of Commercial Avenue on the report of a vehicle collision. Investigation revealed South San Francisco resident, 49 year old Alberto Nungaray was driving his 2006 Toyota Camry when he collided into a parked car. There were no injuries from the collision.
Further investigation showed that Nungaray displayed the objective signs and symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol. Officers conducted field sobriety tests on Nungaray who was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. Nungaray was arrested and booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility in Redwood City.
