Editors Note: This past year we have witnessed a growing discontent by residents who believe the City is on the wrong track with the extensive developments being built bringing with it increased traffic congestion that seems contrary to the City’s poll stating 84% are satisfied. Each year, after the Council reorganization, they meet for a special meeting, a ‘retreat’ for the day to discuss the direction for the upcoming year, and 2018 to focus on quality of life concerns.
