South San Francisco’s Original Firehouse Set for Downtown Revitalization Project

The South San Francisco historic firehouse located at 201 Baden Avenue is on the July 16th Housing Standing Committee of the City Council and Planning Commission set for 6pm in the Conference Room at City Hall (400 Grand Ave) as downtown revitalization continues. The joint meeting will allow members of their respective Committee/Commission to determine which developer to contract (Firehouse Live/Work, Old Firehouse Partners, and KASA Partners) moving forward with negotiation of price and terms on this City owned property.

The original building housed fire station 61 which has since moved to 480 North Canal.
