Peninsula Humane Society and SPCA’s Pet of the Week: Aspen

South San Francisco, CA   December 7, 2018 Submitted by Peninsula Humane Society and SPCA

It’s the winter holiday season, and winter wouldn’t be complete without a Siberian Husky. Specifically, this husky named Aspen.  One year old, spayed female black and white Siberian Husky Aspen is the perfect holiday gift to yourself.  She’s gentle, affectionate and even knows some basic obedience commands like “sit and stay.”  With her dazzling ice blue eyes and supremely soft fur, Aspen will give new meaning to the colloquial saying “You complete me.”  This friendly gal enjoys the company of humans but can be dog-selective, meaning she’s picky about other dogs.  Looking for a gorgeous and spirited dog to light up your life?  Ask for Aspen ID# A852878.

Other adoptable pets are available at Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA’s Tom and Annette Lantos Center for Compassion, 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame. The shelter is open for adoptions weekdays 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Potential adopters should arrive at least an hour before closing time to complete an adoption. For directions and information, call 650-340-7022 or visit www.phs-spca.org.
